On 7 July 2010 HMV Group plc (the 'Company') granted awards under The HMV Group Share Performance Plan (the 'Plan') to the Directors and PDMR listed below. The award price was 57.65 pence per share and the vesting date is 7 July 2013. The Directors or PDMR pay no consideration on the award of the shares.
