Following measurement of the performance criterion attached to the SMS granted on 15 February 2013, being real average annual adjusted earnings per share growth after adjusting for UK inflation (Real Annual EPS Growth) the minimum threshold for vesting, being an increase of 16.4 per cent or 32.9 pence over the three year period, was not achieved and, therefore, all awards lapsed on 15 February 2016.
