Moss Bros Group plc ("the Company") was notified today of the following transactions:

 Zoe Morgan, a director of the Company, today purchased 3,601 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 54.9 pence per Share via an ISA in her name.

Jim Morgan, husband of Zoe Morgan, today purchased 3,594 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 55.0 pence per Share via an ISA in his name.

As a result of these transactions Zoe Morgan, and persons connected, has an interest in 19,644 Shares.
