Gresham Computing PLC16 June 2006 For immediate release 16 June 2006 Gresham Computing plc ("Gresham" or "the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding On 16 June 2006, AJS Walton-Green, exercised 250,000 share options held overshares beneficially owned by SJ Green at a price of 25 pence per share. AJS Walton-Green subsequently sold 125,000 of these shares, representing 0.25%of the outstanding share capital of the Company, at a price of £1.05 per shareto satisfy the tax liability arising on the receipt of the shares and the optionexercise price. Mr Walton-Green retained the balance of 125,000 shares. As a result, AJS Walton-Green has increased his beneficial interest in theordinary shares of the Company from 540,695 to 665,695, representing 1.32% ofthe outstanding share capital.
