Albemarle & Bond Holdings PLC07 October 2005 ALBEMARLE & BOND HOLDINGS PLC "the Company" Transfer of shares held by Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited ("the Trustee") as the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust ("the ESOP") The ESOP was established for the purpose of facilitating the holding of sharesin the Company by or for the benefit of bona fide employees or former employeesof the Company and its Subsidiaries. Following the exercise of options on 7 October 2005 and the transfer of 10,000Ordinary 4p shares held by the Trustee, the Trustee now holds 308,250 Ordinary4p shares, in the capital of the Company, as Trustee of the ESOP.
