Director's Shareholding

Mountview has today been notified that Mr K Langrish-Smith (Director) purchased 400 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange market on 6 April 2009 at 2300p per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Langrish-Smith's revised holding (including those of his wife - also announced via TR1) is 305,000 ordinary shares, representing 7.82% of the voting rights of the Company.
