Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that the following director dealing took place on 22 April 2013:

Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 878,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held outside of his SIPP at a price of 22.97 pence per Ordinary Share.

Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 878,000 Ordinary Shares inside his SIPP at a price of 23 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, there has been no change to the Gavin Oldham's total personal holding of 17,564,422 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 12.23% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
