Notification of Interests of Directors and Other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')
On the dates shown below, Standard Life plc was advised that the under-mentioned directors and other PDMRs, and their Connected Persons, acquired the following interests in ordinary shares:
1. on 21 and 25 June 2012, as a result of elections to participate in the dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP') in relation to the final dividend to 31 December 2011, and
2. on 22 June 2012 as a result of the reinvestment of the final dividend to 31 December 2011 for participants in the Standard Life Share Plan;
