Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 22 August Iain Wallace, Compliance & Legal Services Director of the Company, disposed of 36,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.03% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 21 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Iain Wallace no longer holds any Share plc Ordinary Shares.
