Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, announces that Gareth Davies, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 418 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Davies has a total beneficial holding of 13,992 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
