NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that on 9 May 2019, Mr Christopher Rutt, a PDMR of the Company, exercised options, which were granted at 186.53p pursuant to the Company's SAYE Option Scheme, to subscribe for 9,649 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Shares").
Following this notification, Mr Rutt holds 15,456 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.018% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
