OMG PLC31 March 2008 31 March 2008 OMG plc ("OMG" or "the Company") Notification of Changes in Shareholdings OMG, the technology group providing image understanding products for theentertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries, announces thaton 31 March 2008 it was notified by Dr Julian Morris, a Director of the Company,that on 31 March 2008 he gifted 150,000 OMG shares to Mrs Susan Duff, hissister-in-law. Following this transaction, Dr Morris' interest in the Companyis 10,459,320 OMG shares, representing 16.42% of the issued share capital of theCompany. The Company also announces that on 31 March 2008 it was notified by Mr PeterWharton, a Director of the Company, that on 28 March 2008 he transferred 100,000OMG shares to his SIPP.
