On 21st November 2008 the executive directors listed below exercised share awards over Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence ('shares') in the Company that were awarded under the following incentive plans:-
Awards made under the Enterprise Inns 2002 Long Term Incentive Plan made on 22nd December 2003 for the financial year beginning 1st October 2003 as Long Term Incentives which have now become exercisable; and
Deferred Share Awards made under the Enterprise Inns 2005 Annual Bonus Plan on 17th November 2005 and earned for the financial year beginning 1st October 2004
