The Company announces that it received notification today, from Dariusz Kucz, Non-executive Director of the Company, that he had purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of £2.01 per share on 25 April 2019. Following this dealing, Mr Kucz holds 7,500 shares in the Company representing 0.002% of the shares in issue.
The notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
