Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the broadband satellite operator has been informed that Paul Walsh, non-executive Director, on 27th September 2013, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 236 pence per ordinary share and a further 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 238 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Paul Walsh now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 205,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.18% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
