Personal Group Holdings Plc ("the Company") DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company has been informed by Mr Kenneth Rooney, Chief Executive that on 13 October 2008 his SIPP purchased 4,652 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 226 pence per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 169,124 shares, representing 0.55% of the total shares in issue.
