Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 30 March 2016, Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director, transferred 57,600 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company to his SIPP at a value of 248p per share.
Douglas Emslie's beneficial interest in Tarsus Shares remains unchanged at 1,266,237 Shares, representing approximately 1.24 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
