- The Rank Group Employee Benefit Trust
On 15 June 2011, the Trustee of The Rank Group Employee Benefit Trust, established under a Trust Deed dated 4 October 1996 ("the Trust") informed The Rank Group Plc ("Rank") that on 15 June 2011 it had acquired 448,816 ordinary shares of 138/9p each in Rank at an average price of 150.75 pence per share, in order to meet part of its anticipated requirements for all participating employees under Rank's long-term share incentive plans.
The Trust also agreed on 15 June 2011 to transfer 1,449,103 ordinary shares of 138/9p each in Rank to certain individuals participating in The Rank Group 2005 Long-Term Incentive Plan and as a consequence ceased to hold any ordinary shares of 138/9p each in Rank.
