Gaming Realms plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified by Mark Blandford, Non-Executive Director, that he purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.13p each. Following this purchase, Mark Blandford has a beneficial interest in 11,730,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
