Travis Perkins PLC14 November 2007 TRAVIS PERKINS PLC ("the Company") Director Shareholding In common with all eligible employees, each of the executive directors andmembers of the Company's Executive Committee have, since April 2007 been able toparticipate in the Company's Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing PartnershipShares. Partnership Shares are Travis Perkins shares which can be purchased byusing deductions from the employees pre-tax salary either monthly or by anannual lump sum. On the 5th November the following were awarded Partnershipshares at a price of 1391p:- Paul Hampden Smith, a director of the Company, was awarded 9 Partnership shares.As a result, Mr. Hampden Smith now has a beneficial interest in 39,455 ordinaryshares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issuedshare capital Carol Kavanagh, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, was also awarded9 Partnership shares. As a result, Mrs. Kavanagh now has a beneficial interestin 3,699 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1%of the issued share capital Andrew Pike, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, was also awarded 107Partnership shares.
