The following announcement and notification is made in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (No 596/2014).
On 7 June 2019, the Group received notification that Adrian Ewer (person discharging managerial responsibility, Non-Executive Director), had acquired one share of 10 pence in the The Go-Ahead Group plc. The share was acquired on 13 May 2019, following the reinvestment of dividend income from the Group's interim dividend, paid on 12 April 2019.
