Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") announces that it was informed on 7 June 2016 that on 7 June 2016 the following Executive Directors exercised the following vested awards over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the exercise price of 165.6p per Ordinary Share under the rules of the SAYE Plan:
