On 6 December 2010 the Company was notified that Phil Cartmell, Chairman and CEO, acquired 36,920 ordinary shares at 15p as part of the Open Offer announced by the Company on the same day.
Following the above transaction, Phil Cartmell holds 536,920 shares representing 0.22% of the share capital.
