Informa PLC07 April 2008 Informa plc Award of shares to new Finance Director Informa plc (the "Company") announces that Adam Walker, Finance Director, was onFriday 4th April 2008 awarded 93,269 existing ordinary shares in the Company bythe Company's employee benefit trust (the "EBT") as part of his joiningarrangements with the Company. Full vesting of these shares to Mr Walker issubject to conditions relating to his continued employment over a two yearperiod. The EBT will initially be the registered holder of these shares. These shares have been awarded at an average price of 321.65 pence per share andrepresent 0.027% of the Company's issued share capital. As a result of thisaward the total number of shares in the Company in which Mr Walker has abeneficial interest is 116,019.
