Spectris plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding

Acquisition of shares in Spectris plc (“the Company”).

On 4 March 2016, Christine Côté, spouse of Ulf Quellmann, Non-executive Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, acquired 500 Ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 1812 pence per share.

Following this transaction Ulf Quellmann and Christine Côté’s combined total holding in shares of the Company is 1,500, representing less than 0.1% of its issued share capital.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2, the Company was informed of the above transactions on 4 March 2015. The above transaction took place in London.
