Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 12 November 2014 the Company was informed that David Thurlow, Director of the Company's subsidiary Atkinson Bolton Consulting Limited, sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 415 pence per share.

David Thurlow now holds a beneficial interest in 242,772 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
