Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Bioquell PLC discloses that Nick Adams, Group Chief Executive of Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell" or the "Company"), informed the Company today that he has purchased Bioquell 15,000 ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 95p per Share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Adams now owns 1,000,843 Shares, representing approximately 2.4% of the Company's issued Share capital.
