Global Petroleum Limited (the "Company")
Global Petroleum has today announced on the ASX that 450,000 ordinary shares were sold between 22 May 2009 and 25 May 2009 by TM Services Limited, a company controlled jointly by Messrs Peter Blakey and Peter Taylor, on market at an average price of A$0.231 (approximately 11.3p). Messrs Taylor and Blakey's overall interests in the fully issued ordinary shares of Global Petroleum Limited are 30,147,845 (17.3 per cent.) and 29,099,718 (16.7 per cent.) respectively.
