LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company"), has been informed that on 2 March 2017 Barry Gamble, Chairman purchased 100,000 shares in the Company, each at a price of 13.75 pence per share.
Following the purchase Mr Gamble's holding in the Company has increased to a total of 854,666 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.2 per cent. of the issued share capital.
