John Humphrey, Group Company Secretary at Begbies Traynor Group plc, has exercised share options ("the Options") over 100,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 36.69 pence. The Group has elected to satisfy the option through the issue and allotment of 34,773 fully paid up Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 28 July 2017 and upon admission will rank pari passu with the Group's other Ordinary Shares.
