Travis Perkins PLC08 March 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 8 March 2007 TRAVIS PERKINS PLC ("THE COMPANY") Travis Perkins PLC - Director/PDMR Shareholding Andrew Pike, Company Secretary of Travis Perkins plc and a member of thecompany's Executive Committee, yesterday exercised options over 2,810 ordinaryshares of 10p each in the company ("shares") at an option price of 1067.5p pershare. He retained 780 shares and sold 1,015 shares, at a price of 1934.3227p.1,015 shares were also transferred to his wife, Valerie Pike. Valerie Pike sold1,015 shares at a price of 1934.3227. As a result of these transactions, Andrew Pike has a beneficial interest in3,597 shares in the Company representing 0.0029 per cent of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
