Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 20 November 2018 that Mr Sevan Demirdogen, President/Executive Vice President of the Company, purchased 5,000 shares in the Company.
The Company advises that, following the purchase, Mr Demirdogen remains interested in 5,000 shares, representing 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital.
The notification set out in the Annex below, which was made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of such purchase.
