Director's Shareholding
Utilitywise plc (AIM:UTW), the leading independent utility cost management consultancy, was notified on 9 December 2013 that on the same day Jon Kempster, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 21,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 230.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following the above purchase, Mr. Kempster is now interested in 21,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued share capital of Utilitywise.
