Liberty International PLC ("the Company")NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIALRESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") AND CONNECTED PERSONSA total of 21,616 shares were transferred to employees, including certainExecutive Directors and PDMRs, from an Employee Trust ("ESOP") on 10 March2006. The shares were originally awarded under the company's annual bonusscheme arrangements. Vesting of these shares triggers an income tax andnational insurance liability which is generally met by selling a proportion ofthe shares vested.
