Notification of a transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities
Bonmarche plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that, on 24 February 2017, Stephen Alldridge sold 16,630 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company registered in the name of HDSL Nominees Limited at a price of 75p per ordinary share and subsequently on the same day purchased 16,483 ordinary shares at a price of 75p per ordinary share for the purpose of investing the ordinary shares in an ISA registered in the name of HDSL Nominees Ltd. Following this transaction the beneficial interest of Stephen Alldridge is 507,353 ordinary shares.
