The Company received notice today that Mark Johnstone (Group Chief Executive) has transferred 5,625 shares at nil consideration to his wife, Emma Johnstone.
Following this transaction Mark Johnstone's total beneficial holding including those of his connected persons is unchanged at 353,797 shares.
