Highcroft Investments PLC10 August 2007 Highcroft Investments PLC Director Shareholdings Highcroft Investments PLC (the "Company") has been informed that yesterday DavidKingerlee, an Executive Director has sold 1500 ordinary shares in the Company tothe JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust, of which the children of David Kingerlee arebeneficiaries, at a price of 772.5 pence. David Kingerlee and David Bowman, Finance Director, are both trustees to the JMKingerlee Settlement Trust.
