Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator has been informed that Matthew O'Connor, Chief Operating Officer today purchased 1,882 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 262.25 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Matthew O'Connor now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 203,973 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.18% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
