Legal & General Group PLC11 June 2007 Dealing in Legal & General Group Plc ("the Group") Shares Legal & General has been advised of the following dealings in the Group whichhad taken place during 2006 but had not been drawn to the Company's attention.The dealings had taken place on behalf of Sir David Walker, Vice Chairman andnon-executive director of Legal & General Group Plc by Lloyds TSB Registrars andMorgan Stanley Nominees. On 22 May 2006, Sir David Walker acquired 308 shares, on his holding within theElectronic Share Service, in accordance with the terms of the Group's DividendReinvestment Plan at a price of 129.80p per share. On 7 June 2006, Morgan Stanley Nominees purchased 5315 Ordinary shares of 2.5peach in the Company on behalf of Sir David Walker, Vice Chairman and non-executive director of Legal & General Group Plc, at a price of 131.1p per share.
