Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised that on Friday 4th January 2019, Dr Peter Kaspar, Non-Executive Director, acquired 3,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of £1.88 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Dr Kaspar is interested in 18,100 Ordinary Shares, 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
