DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Board of K3, the IT solutions provider to the supply chain industry, received notification on 27 September 2010 that Mr Nigel Andrew Makeham, Chief Executive Officer, has agreed to transfer with immediate effect 7,060 Ordinary Shares of 25p each to his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 136p per share.

Following these transactions, there are no changes to Mr Makeham's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Makeham holds 836,801 Ordinary Shares of 25p each, representing 3.27 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
