Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
In accordance with Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Schroders plc was notified on 18 November 2014 of a transaction by Massimo Tosato, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, in the shares or rights to shares of the Company. In compliance with Rule 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Schroders plc notifies the market that Massimo Tosato exercised his 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan Award granted over 22,321 Ordinary shares at nil cost. The full amount 22,321 Ordinary shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange at £26.25 per share.
