Redrow PLC14 July 2005 DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING Redrow plc ("Redrow") was advised on 11th July 2005 that Colin Lewis (a directorof Redrow) had exercised on 8th July 2005 an option to acquire 38,794 Redrow 10pordinary shares under Redrow's Long Term Share Incentive Plan of 2001. Hesubsequently sold on the same day, 18,013 Redrow ordinary shares, principally tosatisfy the tax liabilities following exercise of the option. The net result ofthese transactions is to increase his beneficial holding in Redrow to 48,377shares.
