The shares were acquired as a result of the exercise of share options under the rules of the employee share option scheme. As all financial performance conditions that determined the price payable for each share were exceeded, the shares were issued at nil cost.

Mr Robin Gregson is a holder of 357,815 Ordinary Shares representing 0.09% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
