Director/PDMR Shareholding

Intu Properties plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding Further to the announcement released in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R on 16 June2014 and the subsequent conversion of the 3.75% Perpetual SubordinatedConvertible Bonds and related issue of 42,394,779 Ordinary Shares of 50p in theCompany (the "New Shares") on 7 July 2014, the Company confirms that JohnWhittaker's total beneficial shareholding is now 294,677,452 Ordinary Shares of50p which represents 22.47% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company. The New Shares are subject to an equitable charge as security for an interestbearing loan made available to Peel Chapel Holdings (IOM) Limited (initiallynotified to the market on 3 February 2011).
