DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
Modern Water (AIM:MWG), the owner of leading water technologies focused on addressing the scarcity of fresh water, the treatment of wastewater, and monitoring of water quality, has been informed that on 17 October 2013 Mr Robert Clarke, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company. These shares were acquired at a price of 31.25p per share and represent 0.25% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Including this purchase, Mr Robert Clarke has a beneficial interest in 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.88% of the total issued ordinary shares.
