In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") discloses that Michael Roller, Group Finance Director of Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell" or the "Company"), informed the Company today that he has purchased Bioquell 19,245 ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 129.9p per Share. Following this purchase Mr. Roller owns 19,245 Shares, representing less than 0.05% of the Company's issued Share capital.
