Re: Interests in the Ordinary Shares of Cable and Wireless plcThe Company was notified on 10 November 2005 that the Trustees of Cable andWireless plc Employee Share Ownership Trust ("the Trust") disposed of thefollowing shares : * 5,812 Ordinary Shares on 8th November 2005 at a price of ‚£1.225 per share. * 7,825 Ordinary Shares on 8th November 2005 at a price of ‚£1.21 per share * 7,962 Ordinary Shares on 9th November 2005 at a price of ‚£1.2225 per share Following the disposal, 51,502,571 Ordinary Shares are currently held under theTrust.
