Celtic Resources Holdings PLC02 July 2007 Celtic Resources Holdings plc (the "Company" or "Celtic") Change in director's interest The Company has been advised of the sale of 60,000 ordinary shares of Euro 0.25each in the Company being on 12 June 2007 at 141p by MG Capital plc throughwhich Peter Hannen, a director of the Celtic, holds an interest that isdeclarable under the Companies Act 1990. Mr Hannen and Mr Scott-Barrett, also adirector of Celtic, are both directors of MG, but are excluded from theprocedures whereby this decision was made.
