The Company was notified on 5 April 2018 that Peter Daresbury, a director of the Company, transferred 335,000 ordinary shares in the Company into his ISA at a price of £0.05875 on 4 April 2018. Peter Daresbury's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 2,033,827 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.28 per cent. of the issued share capital.
The total issued share capital of the Company comprises 62,007,748 ordinary shares of 1p each.
